ZANE is a business name of Zamir Celik. Pandelo is a product under that name. "I" in this text means me, Zamir Celik.
The app is free
Pandelo is an app for Android and iPhone and free on Google Play and the App Store.The free core stays free: logging, your daily minimum, the calendar with time blocks, the insights on work and life, Pando and backup as a file. Google Play's terms also apply to getting the app.
Until 13 November 2026, Plus is open to everyone in the app, without a key. Anyone who opens the app for the first time later can use Plus for 14 days without a key.
Buying Plus
You buy Plus on this website, not in the app. My order process is conducted by my online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all my orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The purchase contract is therefore between you and Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle's buyer terms apply to it. You see the price and VAT in Paddle's checkout before you pay.
After paying you get a key for Plus, on the page and by email. Plus is not a subscription. Nothing renews, and nothing is charged later.
Your licence for Plus
With the key you get the simple, non transferable right to use the features of Plus in the Pandelo app.
- Plus for good: without an end.
- Plus for 12 months: until the last valid day stated in the key. After that the key runs out. It does not renew.
A Plus key is for you personally. You can use it on your own phones. Please don't pass it on. I may block keys that are shared publicly. I may later limit the number of phones per key. Phones your key is already running on at that point keep Plus.
Which features belong to Plus is shown in the app and on this website. The app checks the key without a network. You do not need an account.
When money goes back
If a purchase is fully refunded or charged back, the key's number goes on a block list, and the key stops working with the next app update. How to get a refund is set out under Refunds.
Your entries
What you log in Pandelo belongs to you. I cannot restore lost entries. So back them up as a file now and then.
Liability
I build Pandelo with care, but cannot promise that the app always runs without errors. I am liable under the statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence I am liable only where the law mandatorily requires it. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
Law
The law of the Principality of Liechtenstein applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country you live in.
Changes
If these terms change, I put a new version date on them. For a key you already have, what applied at purchase continues to apply.
