14 days, no reason needed
Within 14 days of your purchase you get the full amount back. You do not have to give a reason. This applies to Plus for good and to Plus for 12 months.
How to ask
Paddle is the seller of Plus. That is why Paddle refunds the money, the same way you paid.
- Fastest through paddle.net. There you find your purchase with the email address you gave when paying.
- Or reply to the invoice Paddle sent you by email.
- Or write to me at support@zane.group. I will pass it on to Paddle.
The order number from Paddle's invoice helps. You do not need your key for this.
What happens to the key afterwards
After a full refund, your key's number goes on a block list. With the next app update the key then stops working. The same applies if a payment is charged back through your bank or card.
The free core of Pandelo stays, and everything you logged is kept.
Your statutory rights
Independently of these 14 days, you have all the rights the law gives you against Paddle as the seller. Details are in Paddle's buyer terms.
